Overview of Grant Submission and Review Process
Grant requestor submits grant request via online grant application process
Submit online grant application
Submit your request at least six weeks prior to your program date or event
Upon submission, a confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent containing a Grant ID
number for your request
In most cases, you will be notified via e-mail within eight weeks as to our decision to fund
or not to fund your grant request
Our Grant Review Team will review your application against predetermined criteria
For approved grants, the requestor will be sent a Letter of Agreement (LOA) for review
and signature
Once the signed LOA is received by the Grants Office, funds will be processed and sent
to the requestor
