Traveling North on I-270:

• Follow I-270 North to MD-117 West toward Quince Orchard Road/Clopper Road - Exit 10.
• From exit, turn right on Clopper Road/MD-117.
• Turn left at the second light on Quince Orchard Road.
• Turn right into the MedImmune complex to visit HQ. Turn left if visiting 101 Orchard Ridge Drive.

Traveling South on I-270:

• Follow I-270 South to Quince Orchard Road (Route 124) - Exit 11B.
• Turn right on Quince Orchard Road.
• Turn right into the MedImmune complex to visit HQ. Turn left if visiting 101 Orchard Ridge Drive.

From National Airport:

• Exit the airport, following signs to DC/Maryland.
• Drive north for 12 miles along the river on the George Washington Parkway toward Maryland Route 495 (Capital Beltway). Exit onto the beltway will be on the right.
• Travel north on I-495 to Maryland (5 miles) to Exit 38 (I-270 North).
• The road will divide; I-495 continues to the right and I-270 is to the left.
• Follow I-270 North toward Frederick, MD.
• Continue on I-270 North to Clopper Road (Route 117 West) - Exit 10. Take the first exit on the right (Clopper Road).
• Turn right on Clopper Road.
• Turn left at the second light on Quince Orchard Road.
• Turn left on Orchard Ridge Drive.
• Turn right into the MedImmune complex to visit HQ. Turn left if visiting 101 Orchard Ridge Drive.

From Baltimore/BWI or Route 95:

• Folllow Route 95 South to Maryland Route 495 (Capital Beltway) toward Silver Spring.
• Follow I-495 West for 9 miles to Exit 35 (I-270 North). This exit will be on the right after the Connecticut Avenue exit.
• Continue on I-270 to Clopper Road (Route 117) - Exit 10. Take the first exit on the right (Clopper Road).
• Turn right on Clopper Road.
• Turn left at the second light on Quince Orchard Road.
• Turn left on Orchard Ridge Drive.
• Turn right into the MedImmune complex to visit HQ. Turn left if visiting 101 Orchard Ridge Drive.

From Dulles Airport:

• Take the Dulles Access Road toward Washington for 13 miles to I-495 North.
• Once on I-495 stay in the left two lanes.
• After several miles the road will divide; I-495 continues to the right and I-270 is to the left.
• Follow I-270 toward Frederick, MD.
• Continue on I-270 to Clopper Road (Route 117) - Exit 10. Take the first exit on the right (Clopper Road).
• Turn right on Clopper Road.
• Turn left at the second light on Quince Orchard Road.
• Turn left on Orchard Ridge Drive.
• Turn right into the MedImmune complex to visit HQ. Turn left if visiting 101 Orchard Ridge Drive.
